Shrimp Ingredients:

1 pound shrimp (deveined and shells removed)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
dash of red pepper flakes
dash of salt and fresh ground pepper
8 tablespoons "marie's spinach salad dressing"


Salad Ingredients:

4 cups fresh organic baby spinach
¼ cup red onions
½ cup grape tomatos


Directions

In a sauce pan heat oil on medium-high heat and cook shrimp, red pepper flakes, salt and fresh ground pepper for about 2 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque. Turning off heat, add "marie's spinach salad dressing" and toss for about 1 minute. Serve immediately over salad ingredients.
