1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
1/2 (120 ml) coconut milk
1/2 (45 g) medium orange, peeled
1/2 (60 g) medium banana, peeled
1/2 cup (75 g) frozen pineapple, thawed
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
3/4 cup (180 ml) ice cubes


Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
Variation: For a non-dairy alternative, substitute soy milk for skim milk.
