Ingredients

:

1 cup (170 g) peaches, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup (75 g) fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
3/4 cup (180 ml) ice cubes


Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Variation: For a non-dairy alternative, substitute soy milk or almond milk for skim milk.
